With a Master of Jurisprudence in Global Food Law from Michigan State University College of Law, Rikki has a deep understanding of food regulations and compliance frameworks, enabling her to support organizations in maintaining the highest standards of food safety. Her background includes leadership roles in quality assurance, HACCP, and SQF compliance, having previously served as a QA Manager at LSG Sky Chefs and Food Safety Coordinator at Valley Lahvosh Baking Company. She has played a key role in facility audits, regulatory adherence, and the implementation of digital quality tracking systems.

Rikki’s hands-on experience in food manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and risk management makes her a valuable asset in ensuring product quality and safety while driving operational efficiencies. Her expertise in HACCP, SQF, and food defense programs has helped organizations streamline compliance and enhance food safety culture.
