Jesse previously served as the Director of Operations of a medical service provider where oversaw many projects including software development and implementation. Jesse has also worked as the Operations Manager of a recreational vehicle manufacturer where he implemented time and cost-saving processes. Jesse brings his client services and software development background to assist with Customer Support at CAT Squared.
