Jack graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in biological and agricultural engineering and performed graduate research in food science. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience managing projects in poultry processing plants, specializing in food safety and quality management. Jack's background also includes working in diverse food plant settings, such as peach processing, egg production, and instant and frozen rice production. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, watching basketball, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
