The countdown has begun for the 2023 Poultry Symposium for Production & Processing, set to take place from October 9 to 11, 2023, at the Rogers Convention Center in Rogers, AR. In 2022, more than 100 vendor companies participated in the vendor trade show, with over 700 attendees joining the event. The Poultry Federation continues its tradition of connecting live production and processing personnel, as well as suppliers supporting turkey, breeder, and broiler production. The Poultry Symposium vendor trade show spans two days, offering event attendees an opportunity to engage with allied industry members showcasing their products and services designed to optimize live production and processing.

Beyond the symposium, the University of Arkansas Poultry Science Department is hosting a charity golf tournament on October 9 at Stonebridge Meadows in Fayetteville, AR.
