Implementation and Training: Before starting any project, our team conducts extensive site surveys and makes sure that implementation plans are in place and executed correctly. Our HACCP-certified training staff believes that learning is most effective when presented in a real-world environment so that the skills and knowledge are meaningful and can be applied during the training. We include comprehensive on-site training with new installations as well as help documentation for each module we develop. For subsequent training needs, we offer follow-up on-site, in-house, and online training options.

Custom Development and Report Writing: In addition to our comprehensive suite of software modules, we also offer customized SSRS report writing, software add-ons, and interfaces between existing ERPs & WMS systems and CAT Squared systems to ensure that our systems fit with existing systems and procedures within your organization so you don’t miss any key information.

Technical Support: We know that our customers do not only operate from 9 to 5, so our multi-language customer support technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you contact us, you will not reach a call center; you will reach a trained support technician who knows your systems and will work with you to resolve issues.

Food Safety & Quality Management Consulting: As a company that works exclusively with food producers and the food industry, we are able to provide insight into improving our customers’ food safety and food-quality management programs by translating audits and reports into a paperless system. Several of our personnel are also certified in HACCP, knowledgeable of SQF, BRC, ISO, and regulatory requirements, and able to recommend a number of different ways to improve our customers’ current practices.
