NOW HIRING: Junior Implementation Specialist
The Junior Implementation Specialist is responsible for configuring the client environment and training the administrators and end users to use the system.
Implementations include the planning phase, training phase, and the follow-up phase. Junior Implementation Specialists are critically involved in all aspects of the implementation process.
Responsibilities:
- Train software and processes onsite and online
- Configure software solutions per client requirements
- Update support documentation as needed
- Help with client support issues and trouble shooting
- Test software during release cycle
- Help with project coordination
Future responsibilities:
- Assist develop Data Analytics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clients
- Create Dashboards and Reports
- Manage Implementation Projects
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 75% of the time, including weekends
- Willing to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to work on your feet in a production facility for long hours
- People communication skills and ability to deal with conflict
- High level of comfort with Windows and mobile devices
- High level of comfort learning new technologies
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA degree or equivalent
- Comfortable learning software
- Strong writing skills
- High level of comfort learning new technologies
- Experience and working knowledge of Quality / Food Safety in food manufacturing processes
- Effective team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- >= 5 yrs. experience working in Quality / Food Safety
- HACCP Certified
- 6 Sigma Certified
