CAT2‘s Data Communication Manager allows users to build their own electronic forms with custom fields and screens. Each time the form is completed, it’s saved as a document in the report archive. An email notice can be sent to the next designated person(s) in the communication process flow.
In addition to text documentation, images and other supportive files can also be added and referenced to the document. This flexible, multi-purpose tool can be used in a variety of situations that require processes to be documented and then communicated in a specific chain of responsibility (For example: Corrective actions, product specifications, etc.).
